Welcome to CO•PAW. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of copaw.org and our services. By using our website, scheduling an appointment, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms.
 

About Our Services

CO•PAW is a nonprofit organization providing low-cost spay/neuter and wellness services for pets in Central Ohio. Our services are provided by appointment. We are not an emergency or full-service veterinary hospital; if your pet has an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
 

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our website, forms at www.copaw.org/forms, or by contacting us. Please arrive at your scheduled time and follow all pre- and post-surgical instructions provided. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible so we can offer the spot to another family.
 

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Payment plans are available through our partner Cherry at pay.withcherry.com/copaw. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; CO•PAW does not store your payment card information.
 

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from CO•PAW, including appointment reminders, confirmations, pickup/drop-off notices, and service updates.

• Message frequency varies.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you opt out, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (614) 721-5569 or hello@copaw.org.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
 

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and to provide accurate information when scheduling appointments or completing forms. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information.
 

Intellectual Property

All content on copaw.org, including the CO•PAW name, logo, and site content, belongs to CO•PAW and may not be used without our permission.
 

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
