Schedule an Appointment

Use our scheduler, below, to schedule an appointment with us! We are able to see patients for routine vaccinations, check-ups, and illnesses. Please note that we are unable to provide radiographs at this time. 

Please include your reason for scheduling in the "appointment notes" section.

  1.  Schedule your pet's procedure via the above scheduling portal. Once you receive your confirmation email from our scheduling portal, your appointment is confirmed. There is no need to call us to confirm. If you have questions, please email us at

  2. Complete our anesthetic consent form, found at the top of this page. 

  3. Check Your Messages! You will receive an email or text message a few days before your appointment outlining our pre-operative procedures. If you don't receive it, it looks something like this: 


    Thank you for scheduling your pet’s preventative care with us! You are receiving this message because you have an upcoming spay or neuter appointment with

    Surgical Admission: Please note that the time you selected via our scheduling app is your surgical intake time; late admissions may be asked to reschedule. Please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to avoid long wait times at intake.

    Surgical Discharge: Surgical discharges will be scheduled after 3
    :00pm, and you will be contacted to schedule your pet’s discharge once they are recovered from anesthesia. 

    IMPORTANT: If you have not already, be sure to complete our anesthetic consent form, found at If you are bringing more than one pet, fill out one form for each pet you are bringing. No pet will be admitted prior to these forms being submitted. Please make sure to fast your pet(s) after midnight the night before surgery; water is okay on the morning of surgery. Failure to fast could result in fatal consequences.

  4. Arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Due to the high volume of appointments, late arrivals may be asked to reschedule. 

  5. Surgical discharges will be scheduled after 3:00 pm. We will TEXT you to update you on your pet's post-operative status and to set up their discharge time. Please let us know if the phone number provided does not receive text messages. Please do not come to the clinic without being prompted, as your pet may not be ready to be discharged. 

    PLEASE contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that the unexpected happens, but no-show appointments take away from other patients in need and make it more difficult for us to offer our services.
    We DO NOT reschedule no-shows or same day cancellations!
